🇬🇧 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (EN)

📘 General Terms and Conditions – Bijouterie Caribbean

These Terms apply to all orders placed on shop.bijouterie-caribbean.fr, operated by Bijouterie Caribbean.

1. 🛍️ Products

Bijouterie Caribbean sells stainless steel jewelry.
Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.

2. 💰 Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included).
Prices applicable are those in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. 🧾 Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Orders are final once payment has been validated.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

4. 💳 Payment methods

Secure payments are accepted via:

  • Credit/debit card through PrestaShop Checkout
  • PayPal
  • Installment payments via Alma (2x, 3x, or 4x)

5. 🚚 Delivery

📦 Home delivery

  • Delivery via Colissimo
  • Area: France, including overseas territories
  • Free delivery from €100 (VAT included)
  • Orders prepared within 24–48 business hours

🏬 Click & Collect

  • Free in-store pickup in Guadeloupe only
  • Customer is notified when the order is ready

6. 🔁 Right of withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw, without justification.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

7. 📦 Returns (mandatory registered mail)

⚠️ All returns must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Returns sent without registered mail or not received will not be refunded
  • Bijouterie Caribbean is not responsible for lost return parcels
  • Refunds are processed after inspection, within 14 days.

8. 🛡️ Legal warranties

Products benefit from legal conformity and hidden defect warranties under French law.

9. ⚠️ Liability

Bijouterie Caribbean shall not be held liable for indirect damages.

In case of dispute, the order amount represents the maximum limit of any possible refund.

10. ⚖️ Disputes & mediation

In case of dispute, customers should contact customer service first.
If unresolved, a consumer mediation procedure may be initiated.

French law applies.

11. 📅 Amendments

Bijouterie Caribbean reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
